Fulcrum Dining is the most unique dining experience in the Applegate and Rogue Valleys. We offer globally inspired dishes with an emphasis on local products. Our patrons get to experience all the best parts of the Valley- local produce and scenery!

Fulcrum Dining operates out of a mobile kitchen that travels all over the Valley. Each day the mobile kitchen is in a different location, serving customers delicious cuisine. We participate in the Grants Pass and Rogue Valley Growers' Market on a weekly basis as well as catering a wide variety of events.
